Vaughan Chiropractic

I came to Vaughan Chiropractic because of severe low back pain. It had gotten so bad that I couldn't even lift my 1 year old daughter! I wasn't a stranger to chiropractic by any means, I had had my first adjustment at 13, and later on had become a chiropractic assistant. But despite all of my exposure to chiropractic, I had always used chiropractic like medicine, as a response to pain and to gain relief from symptoms. The doctor at Vaughan Chiropractic was the first to explain everything about my spine to me in detail and the benefits of following through with wellness chiropractic care. I feel great today and will continue to be adjusted because I want to be healthy and happy as I grow older. Today, I can fully participate in everything that life has to offer!

Before coming to the chiropractor I used to suffer from not being able to function at my optimum capacity due to depression and anxiety. Therefore I was on quite a few meds with side effects from feeling groggy to knowing it wasn't making me any better but numbing the symptoms. I discovered there was an alternative way to heal me. It wasn't until I had gone to one of Vaughan Chiropractic's workshops one evening and everything the doctor was saying was resonating with me. I decided to give the doctor and his team a try. What I have received was not only a wealth of information and knowledge but I have also gained my health back, performing at my God given optimal health. Not only have the anxiety and depression disappeared but I am also the best mother that I can be.

I can't praise chiropractic enough for my pregnancy, delivery and post-partum experience. Working with the chiropractors at Vaughan Chiropractic has allowed my body to stay in optimal health during the pregnancy so that baby could grow healthy and strong. I had minimal pregnancy symptoms and taught dance into my 8th month! After delivery, I worked with the chiropractors there to help my body continue its transformation and adjustments, as well as deal with some issues that came up due to my new postures (nursing & sleeping). I was back teaching dance 5 weeks after baby thanks to my amazing team of practitioners. I highly recommend chiropractic to any pregnant woman.
