What you have is not yours! Last 3 weeks we hear a lot in our office “MY back pain …….” “ MY allergies …….” “MY headaches……” “MY Stress …….” “MY DIS-EASE”….etc. We really need to address the way we communicate about those entities, because whatever you are complaining about you are giving a possession of it in you. Meaning, that those things owe part or multiple parts in you, of your body, of your soul, of your mind. If it disappears, suddenly or slowly, we a keep checking up on it “Is MY headache there?” Yap, “ IS MY back pain there?” Yap, and here we go complain about it everywhere. Now here is the science behind it: Our brain has repetitive learning circles, meaning it’s always learning, whether it’s good or bad, and it will learn better and better with the repetition. The more you practicing playing soccer, the brain gets better at it, the more you practicing playing new instrument, your brain gets better at it, the more your complain, your brain gets better at it. Here is another example for you: Have you ever heard a song and it stuck in your head? If you hear it more and more than you can’t get rid of it, it’s still playing in the head, long time after the music stopped. That what I am talking about, you may still resolve the issue but your brain still perceives it as it is in you, and you need time to get rid of this perception. Now imaging that you possess this headache for 15 years, how long would you think to get rid of this learning cycle? You hear the song only 5 times by 3 minutes long and it stuck in your head for hours. So, whatever you are complaining about over, and over and over, you just reinforce the issue stronger and stronger and stronger. On top you develop other habits around those struggles and they reinforce it even more. Please don’t get me wrong it’s NOT all in your head, BUT your head, YOUR BRAIN, YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM is a definitely part of everything. Please watch what you say, because that what is bothering you, is NOT the part of you and your identity, so STOP saying “MY, MY, MY……” because whether you want it or not it is subconsciously engraving in your mind and it is becoming a part of you, and you don’t want to have sickness, dis-ease, suffering etc. At least we hope so, that’s why we are here to help you in all aspects. Solutions:, # 1. I am getting adjusted; it’s obvious, because I would like to heal NATURALLY, allowing my Innate intelligence to do the work. #2. I always doing what needs to be done, meaning: always looking to improve function, exercises, thermotherapy (heat or ice) etc. #3 I always praise it : “It’s temporary. I am Healing. Soon I will get back to 100%, etc.” Stay well adjusted! Allow yourself to be WHOLE of good, positive things, this way negative will have less space in you! Blessings and Love.
